Kansas
Oh, I have walked in Kansas
Through many a harvest field,
And piled the sheaves of glory there
And down the wild rows reeled:
Each sheaf a little yellow sun,
A heap of hot-rayed gold;
Each binder like Creation's hand
To mould suns, as of old.
-Vachel Lindsey.
Alright, today seems to be another day of weird things that I did. Polished my boots till it was super shine today morning, you could see yourselve in it at about 20cm away, thats far! haha! WEll, it was a tiring 3 day polishinhg procedure that I had to do every morning, "mending" the holes on my boots and polishing them over and over again. Well, at least it all worked out.
In the evening, went to do preparation for the night's RC event. Again, it was Steven, me and Shui who are doing the tough job. Well, at least we completed it all in 1 hour with the help of our Indian friends.
Came back at 1800, this time, at least there were some other members there to help out. Did all the set up and then atslightly after 1900, people started streaming in. Well, it was quite boring as we hade to wait till 2030 before the MP came. She came, talked walked about and soon, she gave out the prizes, consisting of multiple tins of buscuits that I had wrap 2 nights before! haha! Guess those poor souls that got the lucky draw think it is some kind of larger object! haha!
Well, before I knew it, it was all over, had the help of our Indian friends to clear up and also the help of my young neighbours! haha! Things were done in no time and it was home sweet home! hah!
WEll, tomorrow will be another exciting day in my life........
